As first time parents to a baby born in lockdown who had never been left with anyone else by the time she was 12 months old; it's safe to say that when we started considering nursery options, we felt pretty anxious about her starting! But from the minute we met Cleo and her team, we felt so much better about the big transition afoot, and just knew Cleo's nursery was the right place for our daughter. It was clear to us that Cleo and her team put a huge amount of love, care and dedication into their work, placing great importance on understanding and meeting each individual child's needs, in addition to providing a safe, and fun environment for learning and play. Our daughter took a while to settle into nursery as would be expected given her first 12 months, but once she was ready to say goodbye to us at the door, she never looked back! She loves her time at Cleo's and has been able to form strong relationships with the team and many of the other babies and children. We regularly get sent lovely photos showing her enjoying trips out, playtime outside, music and singing group, story time, and creative activities. We are so grateful to have found Cleo and know that our daughter is having a wonderful, action packed and nurturing first experience of nursery! We would highly recommend!!

Cleo’s Caring Corner has been such a warm and nurturing environment for us and our little one! I am always struck how calm and relaxed the atmosphere is. We were able to have extended settling in sessions that didn’t feel rushed and ensured everyone felt at ease when our baby first started. A year later my daughter is now a toddler and still cheers when we arrive at the door. The team have also been very considerate to our personal circumstances and I have been consistently impressed at how easy it is communicate with them, and how thoughtful and inclusive they are.

Cleo’s Day Care is a wonderful nursery where all the children are treated like family. Cleo made sure that Sadie had an easy settling in and I never worry about leaving her in the morning. I know she will be looked after with love and care.

Finding Cleo’s Caring Corner as first time parents trying to navigate the pressured environment of sometimes years-long nursery waiting lists felt like an oasis in a storm. Our son was 18 months old when we first started settling him at Cleo’s. He had only ever been with us at home before then and Miss Cleo and Miss Heather couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. I spent many days at the nursery to begin with and saw first-hand the genuine love that everyone at CCC has for the children in their care. We made a settling plan, and our son soon became very happy to be at Cleo’s. We appreciate the responsiveness, flexibility, investment, care and attention that we feel each of the amazing staff members of the nursery bring. It’s a big thing for any parent to leave their child in the hands of other carers but it continues to be an easy decision for us because we have seen how trustworthy, dedicated, inspirational and nurturing the environment is at CCC for our son.

Cleo and her team have so brilliant with out daughter, who started nursery at Cleo's caring corner when she was 11 months old. Our daughter has now turned 2 and is so happy to run in to nursery each morning!
The staff are friendly and caring, always taking the time to catch up wit us at the beginning and end each of each day. They are personable and really do care the happiness of each child.
They offer great communication and reassurance, and can't fault the way they keep us in the loop via Whatsapp and update the app regularly.
The space is great with a good mix of high energy play and quiet time space. The shady outdoor area play equipment and sand pit etc is great, and they spend lots of time outside with is important to is as parents, as well as mixing babies and toddlers/preschoolers at meal times and some play times. The activities are very varied, with lots of messy play, stories, music time and much more.
I would recommend Cleo's to anyone looking for a calm, caring and small family feel nursery.
